There are 5 ways to get technical questions answered about GenesisEarth™...

1. Go to the Online Help FREE
The quickest way to find answers to your GenesisEarth™ questions is to click on the help button at the top of every page. The help page that pops up will automatically be relevant to the page you are stuck on; however, you can always do a keyword search or topical search within the online help to find additional answers and online tutorials.

2. Ask your Certified Expert FREE
If you can't find the answer to your GenesisEarth™ questions in the online help or if you have procedural questions, then the next best resource is your certified GenesisEarth™ administrator. They will usually be able to answer technical questions from the average user.

3. Email Us ( Answer within 24 hours ) FREE
If there are more complicated questions or the certified administrator is not available to answer your technical question, then you can contact the GenesisEarth™ technical department via email without incurring any extra charges. Our experienced staff will research the question and email an answer back to you within 24 hours.

4. Phone Support
FREE
If all else fails and nobody knows the answer to a technical question about GenesisEarth™ pertaining to your Head Start program, you can sign up for live phone support. When you sign up for this service you will need to designate two authorized contacts (preferably the certified administrator and the trainer) who will be able to call us. This will prevent unauthorized phone calls from your staff before they have exhausted the free help.
